I posted on Instagram from April 20th, 2020 until April 4th, 2022.
I was locked out because I made the mistake of claiming I was 8 years old on a pop-up window. In order to get back in I would have had to prove my real age with government-issued ID. I preferred not to. The ultimatum expired after a month. A friend said that given my personality, it might be better for me to forgo the platform. I agreed.
(Although that friend continues to post avidly.)
